In the silence I hear,
In the darkness I see,
Alone I can feel:
The warmth of the light,
The softness of the air,
The sweet sound of a memory,
The vivid colors on my mind.
From the darkness I grow anew,
In the silence I hear myself,
Because alone I’m whole.
And now I know I’m enough,
Now I know I’m strong,
And armed with that knowledge I start again,
And if I fall, I won’t stay down,
Because; I’m whole I’m enough I’m strong
